1. Larger surface area
The chain top surface area has 4317mm. The extra contact area will make the product more stable to ride on and conveyor side transfer could be easily done.
2. Reduced sharp edges below chain
The life time of slide rail has increase due to the reduction of sharp edges below the chain.
Now chain travels much smoothly and customers do not have to worry about high maintenance cost.The numbers of chain fingers has also been reduce to eliminate the possibility of product traps between the chain link.
3. Increase in chain thickness
The increase in flight thickness from 4.5mm to 5mm increases the toughness of the chain.
Therefore, heaver products can be convoyed with.
Application of ML Chain:
- Used in normal running conditions in horizontal orientation.
- Can go up to 5 incline/decline without product slip.
- Accumulation possible.
